Goal To develop an efficient analytical method to perform robust and reproducible translational proteomics research. The method described here includes UHPLC separations, data acquisition using DIA strategies, and efficient, automated data processing designed to rapidly and confidently credential proteins for translation into subsequent, more targeted experimental methods for verification and validation.
